Ebola in DRC (39 cases, 19 deaths)

hepatitis E in Namibia and Nigeria

lassa fever in Liberia and Nigeria

listeriosis in South Africa

Malaria in Botswana

Measles in Algeria, DRC, Ethiopia, Kenya, Liberia, Mali and Uganda

meningitis in Niger, Nigeria, and South Sudan

monkeypox in Central African Republic and Nigeria

polio in DRC

rabies in DRC and South Africa

rift valley fever in  South Sudan

yellow fever in Nigeria
