Cholera

While in week 2 nine countries were monitored for cholera, in week 3 cholera is monitored only in eight countries: Angola, Burundi, Cameroon, DRC, Niger, Tanzania, Uganda, Zimbabwe. So  cholera was in 8 countries in week 1, in 9 in week 2 and in 8 in week 3. Back where we started.

Measles

Measles was reported in 12 countries in week 1, in 13 countries in week 2 and in 13 countries in week 3: Chad,  DRC, Ethiopia, Guinea, Kenya, Liberia, Madagascar, Mali, Mauritius, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, South Sudan, Uganda.

Monkeypox

Monitored in Central African Republic, DRC and Nigeria as in the previous 2 weeks.

Hepatitis E

Monitored in Central African Republic, Namibia and South Sudan as in previous 2 weeks.

Polio

Monitored in DRC, Mozambique, Niger and Nigeria as in previous 2 weeks.

Dengue

Monitored in Mauritania and Seychelles as in previous 2 weeks

Rubella

Monitored in South Sudan as in previous 2 weeks

Anthrax

Monitored in Namibia and Tanzania

Yellow Fever

Monitored in 4 countries Central African Republic, DRC, Nigeria, South Sudan.

Lassa

Monitored in Benin, Nigeria and Togo
