A month after the elections in which President Museveni won 65 per cent of the vote and the Forum of Democratic Change, Uganda’s main opposition party, won 35 per cent of the vote, the leader of the opposition is still under home arrest.
Human Rights groups claim that such detention is a patent violation of basic human rights.
