In Namibia,  the “Namibian Defence Force lost N$10 million of taxpayers’ money in a failed farm deal after the private seller pulled the plug on the transaction”. The money was lost because the government failed to pay within the agreed time frame the remaining N$ 14 million.

Rwanda’s exports are  increasing, but the balance of trade is getting worse. While exports increased by 7.5%, imports increased by 18%.
