Cholera is monitored in 8 countries and polio is still monitored in 12 countries. Measles is now ongoing in 15 countries (+2): Cameroon, Central African Republic, Chad, Comoros, DRC, Ethiopia, Guinea, Kenya, Lesotho, Liberia, Mali, Niger, Nigeria, Seychelles and South Sudan.

Lassa is monitored in Liberia and Nigeria, where has killed several people, while Mali and Nigeria are recording an otbreak of yellow fever
