The last few days have been horrific. At the beginning of the week Borno and Gujba, in Nigeria, experienced shooting and suicide bombing. On June 26, 38 people were killed by ISIS in Tunisia, while, on the same day, 70 African Union soldiers were killed in an attack perpetrated by Al Shabaab in Leego, Somalia.
The last bit of horrific news comes from Mali, where, on June 27, an army base was attacked.
In an article by Reuters, it is indicated that the Malian Ministry of Defence believes that Islamist militants, from the Peul ethnic group, were responsible for this attack.
