However, poverty, bad governance and income inequality do not prevent Africa to be the most optimistic continent. African people between the ages of 15 and 45 are expressing remarkable optimism, they strongly hope that “systems of governance and civil liberties will improve so that they could lead healthier, efficient and more prosperous lives”.
